Sinead Walsh has worked with my son Rohan since he was 4 ½ years old. He was diagnosed with ASD when he was 3 years old. Rohan is now 10 and Sinead still works with him.
The ABA approach that Sinead has applied with Rohan has been very successful. This system has really been integrated into all aspects of our family life and has helped Rohan to develop and grow with minimum stress.
Sinead has devised and implemented programmes throughout the years that she has worked with Rohan based on his needs at each particular time.
Rohan attends mainstream school with access to an SNA and has resource hours. He is very integrated into school life and has a great set of friends.
He is confident and happy and because of intervention and on going therapy with Sinead he is continuing to grow.
As a parent Sinead has been a huge support and her understanding of Rohan’s autism and her ability to explain how he is thinking and give me strategies to alleviate any stresses or anxieties is in my opinion has been brilliant.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinead as an ABA therapist, her commitment, insight; understanding of children in my opinion is quite exceptional. My son has blossomed under her care.

When my son was diagnosed with ASD in 2009 I set about looking for a home tutor and Sinead Walsh was recommended to me as being ‘the best in the business’. We have been lucky enough to have had Sinead tutoring my son for five years now and I can confidently concur that Sinead would have to qualify as being the best tutor you could possibly find for your child.
Sinead is naturally gifted at teaching and her unwavering commitment to my son’s progress was integral to his improvement. Her calming presence and intuitive understanding encourages a peaceful environment where learning can begin.
When Sinead initially met my son he had a vocabulary of ten words, had poor eye contact, sensory issues, had fine and gross motor limitations, became overwhelmed easily and was frequently inconsolable.
Sinead prepared and executed programmes to address my son’s needs and now I am very happy to be able to say that my son is speaking fluently and confidently, is thriving in mainstream school and mainstream hobbies, and is a happy and sociable child with many friends. I consider myself so fortunate to have found Sinead and I will never be able to thank her enough for all she has done for our whole family.
